Wonderful boots - I haven't taken these off since I
got them a week ago, they are the most comfortable
and warm boots I have ever owned. Great customer
service from Zappos, I highly recommend both the
boots and getting them through them. Shipping was
extremely fast and I am so pleased with everything.
Columbia boots are great! My husband was planning to
buy these for me for Christmas and they were sold
out everywhere in our area. The day before Christmas
eve I went online and ordered them. Much to my
surprise they arrived the next morning, less than 24
hours after I ordered them. They upgraded my
standard (free) shipping to 1 day without charging
me, talk about great customer service! I will buy
all my shoes from Zappos from now on! I ordered
these boots 1/2 size larger than I normally wear and
they are very comfortable. They do slip a bit in the
heel, but most winter boots I've owned do the same
thing. I love these boots!
These boots are the definition of fabulous - I love
my cozy and cuddly boots that never fail me. They
look cute with jeans, they warm me up, they are
perfection in a shoe. They has spoiled me from ever
shopping in an actual shoe store ever again. With
