Columbia Ice Maiden™ Slip are the slip on version of
the Columbia Ice Maiden™ Lace. These boots have the
same stunning comfort but they are easier to wear.
Just like any other style by the Columbia, these
boots also have the long lasting durability and
tones of comfort to offer. They have waterproof
construction to keep your feet dry in the snow. The
upper is made from the textile and high quality
waterproof leather. The collar has been lined with
the faux fur which provides softness and comfort to
the foot and it also blocks the heat inside the
boots to keep the interior warm. The lining is made
from the luxuriously soft fleece which traps the
body heat inside to maximize the cozy and warm
wearing. The pull on construction allows you to wear
them very easily. The footbed has been made from the
EVA which is shocks absorbing material designed to
keep your feet supremely comfortable. The shank is
made from the nylon to offer excellent arch support
and torsional rigidity. The outsole has been made
from the Omni-Grip® rubber which is non-marking and
flexible. This outsole has been designed
specifically for the winter which aggressive lugs to
offer traction on the snow and other slippery
surfaces. The shaft is 9 ½ inches high with 13 ½
inches of circumference. It weighs 19 ounce as per

I ordered these boots in black as I was seeking to
have a nice winter boot in this specific color. The
delivery was very fast and I was impressed. That is
why I love to order online. It safes my time and you
know that time is money. I wanted to have these in
12, but it was not available so I ordered these in
11. Now they are available in size 12, but I am
really glad that I ordered these in 11 as it has a
perfect fit. The boot has an extra room for wool
socks and look really nice. This boot is lined, but
obviously not with the fuzzy lining that has been
shown at the top. That is only for decoration and to
enhance the overall look of the boot. I have worn
these for a single day and had a wonderful
experience as they were really very comfy and cushy
the moment I slipped my feet inside these, which
means that they don’t require any break in time.
They felt really warm too which is again a good
point. I am really pleased to have these. I have
these in brown which is not reddish brown as shown
on my PC, it is a medium chocolate. You will be very
glad to have these too as they are near perfect. I
love the look and feel of these. After a long time I
have seen such a wonderful boot. I will try more
Columbia boots and I hope that the more I purchase
it the more I get attached with this brand. Keeping
my fingers crossed for a long and prosper
relationship with this brand which has just started. |
