These boots are very comfortable and they look great!
I was surprised after wearing them inside for a
whole day (without socks) that my feet were not too
hot and they stayed dry and comfortable. And yet
outside on a cold day my feet stay warm. The one
thing that I would like to see change is the sizing.
I think that if Columbia had half sizes, the fit
would be even better. I would recommend buying these
shoes, especially from Zappos because they do have
the best price (and I looked around), free shipping
and extremely fast delivery.
Looking forward to the snow... I have to admit, that
I'm looking forward to the snow in south east
Michigan. I want to have a reason to wear these
boots. I wear them around the house right now, just
to feel the comfort. Winter wonderland boots - These
are the best boots ever! There's something about
being able to go outside in the FREEZING cold in
boots that don't require socks! LOVE THEM! Fantastic
boots! Zappos was the best customer service ever.
Ordered the boots on a Friday and received them on
Monday, without even paying next day shipping. I
wore the boots in Moscow and they were fabulous.
Totally comfortable, walked for miles, and my feet
never got tired. The only thing is that because they
have a leather part over the foot (instead of just
sheepskin). I'm not sure they breathe as well as
straight sheepskin. If you are in a warm
environment, your feet definitely get warm. Also,
they're pretty chunky/motorcycle boot'ish looking,
and I'd prefer something a bit more streamlined. But
they are fabulous and worth every penny. I saw them
in a store and they were $40 more than what Zappos
was asking. Love that you can wear them barefoot! |
